The Law specifically excludes from protection all laws, regulations, government circulars,
court decisions, and their translations, as well as any idea, formality, method of operation, concept,
principle, discovery or mere data, even if expressed, described, explained or embodied in a work.
Works are protected whether publicly disclosed or not. A work is deemed created by the sole fact of

I am very happy to be the one to be selected in this program. It is 2.43 pm in the ICT class, 3rd floor, burn hall at the east west center in the university of Hawaii Manao. this is the early of third week of the Brunei-US English Language Enrichment Project for ASEAN. there are two courses; MDD(Materials Designed and Development) with Dr. Julina and ICT with Dr. Martha. today, in technology class, I learn how to create the blog. It is very interesting to have a blog for keeping and commenting with all friends. in a big group of sixty seven participants, we really enjoy to learn, talk a lot of thing from this program not only the knowledge at school but also the culture, traditional, lifestyle, food, tourist attraction places such as Polynesian Cultural Center, Pear Harbor which are very important for our experiences to bring back to our countries to share with our people to be we are living in the global village. here are some activities that we have spent , please have a look how happy we are!we study hard and we play harder.
